This is a big, white led list of 286 bottles, with whites outnumbering reds nearly two to one and the depth sitting in textural, crisp, and off dry styles rather than power. Sparkling is a real strength too, 40 selections deep with grower names like Marie Courtin and Billecart Salmon alongside houses like Bollinger, and the producer roster leans toward the offbeat and low intervention, think Paolo Bea, Moric, Eva Fricke, and Château de Béru. Prices run from $75 up to a $2,400 Chave Hermitage Blanc, but the median sits around $175, so there is plenty of honest drinking before you climb into Burgundy grand cru and serious Cornas from Thierry Allemand.
