Osteria dell'Enoteca

This is a 311 bottle list built first around home turf, with Ticino accounting for the deepest sections in both reds and whites, anchored by local names like Delea, Tenuta Sasso Chierico, and Luigi Zanini. After Switzerland it leans Italian, with real weight in Tuscany, including Tenuta Argentiera, plus Piedmont and a smaller Sicilian showing. Sparkling is the single largest category at 45 wines, split between Champagne and Franciacorta, and there is a dedicated magnum section out of Ticino for the table. Prices sit in a typical fine dining range, with many bottles landing around 90 to 155 CHF, so it is approachable without being cheap. Note there is no wine by the glass, so every recommendation here is a full bottle commitment, which makes this list reward guests ready to drink Swiss and Italian seriously.
