OTTO Sydney's Italian leaning list runs to 494 selections, reds at 216 ahead of 141 whites, with a substantial 59 Champagne and sparkling bottles and 55 other styles. Four bottles each of Luciano Sandrone's Le Vigne, Giuseppe Quintarelli's Ca' del Merlo, Biondi Santi, Charles Heidsieck's Brut Reserve and Lake's Folly show where the depth sits, with three of Hubert Lamy's Hautes Santenay. Vintages reach back to 1924, 39 wines pour by the glass, and prices top out at $3,950. That depth earns OTTO Sydney a CruRank designation.
