Panorama

This is a red wine cellar above all else, 337 reds out of 436 bottles, with whites essentially absent and nothing offered by the glass, so plan to sell whole bottles every time. The list is built around California Cabernet and Italy, with deep verticals of Beringer Private Reserve and Niebaum Coppola alongside Piemonte heavyweights like Pio Cesare and Gaja and a wide Super Tuscan section. Bottles run from $125 to $12,500 with a median around $355, so there is real access at the bottom but the gravity sits in collector territory, topped by a wall of Chateau Mouton Rothschild Pauillac. Bordeaux and Meritage blends round out the heart of the book. This rewards a guest who wants age, power, and a serious Napa or Barolo, not someone hunting white wine or a quick pour.
