Panzano runs a tight 28 bottle list, red edging out white by a few selections with Champagne and sparkling and dessert and fortified wines each getting five spots. Seven pours are available by the glass. Vintages span 2012 to 2021, and nothing on the list tops $36, keeping the program firmly in everyday trattoria territory rather than special occasion pricing.
