Perla's keeps red and white nearly even across a 91 bottle list, with 15 Champagne and sparkling selections and seven rose options giving the program a lighter, coastal feel. Eighteen pours are available by the glass. Vintages run from 2013 to 2024, but pricing has real range, reaching past $2,500 at the top of the list.
