The 237 wines lean white, 105 to 38 red, with German depth showing clearly: Georg Breuer Riesling, Lubentiushof's Riesling Alte Reben, and Christmann's Spatburgunder bottlings from Olberg and Idig all appear in multiples. Vintages run 2001 to 2024. There is no by the glass program, so guests commit to a bottle, but the tight price band means there is little risk of sticker shock even at the top of the list.
