A tight list at R.AIRE runs 125 selections, mostly red at 69 bottles against 36 whites, with 8 Champagne and sparkling and 7 rosé, plus 14 pours by the glass. Vintages run from 1998 to 2023 and bottles top out at $520. Bodegas Escudero Serna Imperial and its Gran Reserva bottling each appear three times, the only names that repeat. The list carries a CruRank Wine List Award.
