This is a serious classicist's list, 442 bottles deep and built on the French heartland, with Burgundy showing strong in both whites and reds and Bordeaux split across the Right and Left Banks. Champagne is the headline strength, with Krug alone running over a dozen listings plus grower houses like Jacques Selosse and Larmandier Bernier, so the sparkling section rewards anyone who wants to trade up. Beyond France it reaches into Italian reds, North American reds with Au Bon Climat, and a notably deep dessert and fortified run of 62 wines, including López de Heredia and Inniskillin ice wine. Prices climb high but there is a real floor, with bottles starting around 25 GBP, and the glass program is generous at 58 pours, which gives you room to guide a table without committing them to a full bottle. Point classically minded drinkers and Champagne lovers here first.
