Restaurant h3
This is a major list at 1,509 bottles, red led by a wide margin with a serious white section and real Champagne and sparkling depth behind it. Pricing is in Canadian dollars, from $10 at the floor to $32,000 at the top, with a median of $237, so despite the scale there is genuine drinking well below a hundred dollars if you look for it. Vintages run 1966 to 2025, real cellar depth. The bench is stacked: E. Guigal's La Mouline in eleven bottles, Clos de Tart Grand Cru Monopole in nine, Domaine de Trevallon in eight, Domaine du Nival Saint Louis in eight, Domaine Mosse's Clos de la Coulee de Serrant in seven, and La Landonne in seven, pointing to serious Northern Rhone and Burgundy strength. There is no by the glass program, so this is a bottle house built for serious drinkers.
