A 277 bottle list led by red with a genuine white section and a real Champagne and sparkling presence behind it. Pricing is in Israeli shekels, from 192 at the floor to 14,800 at the top, with a median of 622, giving real range between everyday and special occasion bottles. Vintages run 1994 to 2024. Israeli wine anchors the list through Domaine du Castel's Grand Vin in five bottles and Margalit's Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve in three, alongside serious depth further afield: Biondi Santi's Brunello di Montalcino Riserva, Antinori's Tignanello, Domaine Ponsot's Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru, and Chateau Grillet, each in three bottles. There is no by the glass program, so this is built entirely around bottle service.
