This is a Mallorca anchored list, 196 bottles deep, built first around the island itself, with 23 local whites, 23 local reds, and producers like Bodegas Santa Catarina, Can Majoral, and Biniagual carrying that home turf strength. From there it leans into Spain's classic red regions, Ribera del Duero and Rioja, where Vega Sicilia shows up six times, and rounds out with a real sparkling section split between Champagne, Taittinger and Gramona among them, and Spanish espumosos. Reds and whites are the backbone at 90 and 74 listings, with rosé and dessert wines kept thin. Pricing is in euros, running roughly in the 75 to 105 range on the examples we have, so it sits at a comfortable one star level rather than trophy heavy. Know going in that there is no wine by the glass, so every recommendation is a full bottle commitment, and this list rewards a guest who wants to drink Mallorca and broader Spain with a few French sparklers alongside.
