Champagne has real depth for a list this size, anchored by multiples of Dom Perignon and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs. Bordeaux shows up through Chateau Brane Cantenac Baron de Brane in Margaux, and Tuscany is represented by Marchesi Antinori Tignanello. There is no by the glass program at all, so every guest here is buying a full bottle. The spread from 36 euros to the top end means there is room to drink well without chasing the ceiling, but this is not a list built for casual glass pours.
