The Apollo's 212 bottle list splits red and white nearly evenly, eighty nine to seventy five, with eighteen other wines and sixteen champagne and sparkling choices. Thirty seven pours by the glass point to a serious glass program, vintages run 2012 to 2026, and prices reach $820 at the top. Ravensworth Pinot Gris, Woodlands Cabernet Sauvignon, Picardy, Gaia Notios Moschofilero, Domaine la Tuilliere and Papagiannakos Kalogeri Malagousia each show three bottles, and the list carries a CruRank designation.
