The Barton House
Salado's Barton House lists three hundred ninety two bottles, red at two hundred four ahead of ninety four whites, fifty three Champagne and sparkling and twenty five roses, an unusually broad rose selection for a Texas room. Vintages run 2008 to 2024 and the top bottle reaches $750. California names lead the list: Hourglass's HGIII, The Vineyard House, Rombauer, Jarvis and Spellbound. The range earns The Barton House a CruRank Wine List Award.
