The Funky Door Bistro & Wine Room

This is a big, red dominated cellar built on California cult Cabernet, with 701 of its 1,154 wines in red and Cabernet Sauvignon alone running to 279 listings. The bench is deep on collector Napa: Schrader has 45 entries, plus Shafer, Bond, Dunn, Harlan, and Blankiet, alongside serious Bordeaux from Pauillac and houses like Château Smith Haut Lafitte. It is a list with real range on price, from a $13 pour up to four and five figure trophies like Petrus and Château Lafite Rothschild, with a median near $153, so there is room to sell well without going deep. Sparkling, white, and rosé are present but thin, and there is no glass program, so everything here is by the bottle. This room rewards the steak and Cabernet drinker and the collector chasing a special bottle, not someone after a casual glass or a white forward meal.
