Red heavy and built for serious collectors, this 272 bottle Hood River list stacks a dozen vintages of BV Georges De Latour Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon alongside repeated pours of Pichon Comtesse, Mouton Rothschild, Vieux Telegraphe Chateauneuf du Pape, Dom Perignon, and Didier Dagueneau Buisson Renard. Vintages go back to 1971 and prices move from everyday glasses into five figures, past $24,000 at the top. Nineteen wines are available by the glass. The depth and pedigree earn Votum a CruRank Wine List Award.
